The Biohacking & Yoga 3 day retreat in Sicily combines Yoga & Biohacking practices to optimise your mind & body. Set yourself up to achieve your goals.

Our accommodation is a beautifully restored 19th century farmhouse. Situated in the luscious natural landscape of southeastern Sicily & surrounded by 80 acres of farm and breathtaking Mediterranean sea. You will have access to an outdoor pool, creative workshops and various life enhancing practices.
All food on the retreat is local, organic & nutrigenomic. Prepared onsite by our chef Antonio. Fresh, nutritious & delicious. Enjoy farm to table gourmet dinners and energising, nutritious brunches. We will also use natural nootropics – plant substances that increase cognitive function. This can include your mood, productivity, or attention span.
All activities, classes, food  & workshops on this retreat are designed to biohack your body to optimise your performance. The aim is to build a biohacking system that is unique to you. .
