The Biohacking & Yoga – 5 day retreat in Gozo, Malta is designed to to optimise your mind & body.
In 5 days you set yourself up to achieve your goals.
Our accommodation is a beautifully restored stone Villa.
Situated in the luscious natural landscape of northern Gozo & surrounded by the breathtaking Mediterranean sea.
You will have access to an outdoor pool, ancient temples and a secluded bay.
200 metres from a UNESCO Heritage site – our accommodation is simply magical.
All food on the retreat is local, organic & nutrigenomic. Prepared onsite by our in-house chefs.
Fresh, nutritious & delicious. Enjoy farm to table gourmet dinners and energising, nutritious brunches.
We will also use natural nootropics – plant substances that increase cognitive function. This can include your mood, productivity or attention span.

All activities, classes & workshops on this retreat are designed to biohack your body & to optimise your performance.
The aim of this retreat is to enable you to build a biohacking system that is unique to you & optimises your body.
