The Biohacking & Yoga 5 day retreat in Gozo, Malta combines Yoga & Biohacking practices to optimise your mind & body. Set yourself up to achieve your goals.

Our accommodation is a beautifully restored stone Villa. Situated in the luscious natural landscape of northern Gozo & surrounded by the breathtaking Mediterranean sea. You will have access to an outdoor pool, ancient temples and various life enhancing practices.
All food on the retreat is local, organic & nutrigenomic. Prepared onsite by our in-house chefs. Fresh, nutritious & delicious. Enjoy farm to table gourmet dinners and energising, nutritious brunches. We will also use natural nootropics – plant substances that increase cognitive function. This can include your mood, productivity, or attention span.
All activities, classes, food  & workshops on this retreat are designed to biohack your body to optimise your performance. The aim is to build a biohacking system that is unique to you & optimises your wellbeing.
