MyoRelease Tennis Ball Yoga Online – Mondays 7-8PM

Myofascia is the connective tissue (fascia) in and around muscles. Myofascial release is used to alleviate tension, restrictions and adhesions in the myofascia in order to relieve discomfort and improve muscle function. Myofascial release specifically targets muscle contracture (trigger points) and kinetic chains (muscle chains) to relieve tension and improve muscle function.

MyoRelease classes combine the traditional wisdom of Yogic Marma Therapy with modern myofascial research to work deeply into the muscle. These classes are suitable for athletes, sports people, those with tightness and pain or anybody who wants to improve muscle function.

Get the benefits of trigger point therapy, a deep sports massage and a healing yoga class in the comfort of your own home.

For these classes the only equipment that you need are: two tennis balls and two large bath towels.
