New Moon Yoga Practice
Base Chakra – Connect with the Unconscious
The 14th night of the Lunar Cycle is the darkest night of the month. In Sanskrit it is called Shivratri. The word “Shiva” means “that which is not” and “ratri” means “night”. Creation refers to everything that is. And Shivaratri refers to a night where everything that is not yet created becomes possible. New Moon Yoga honours all that is possible within you and not yet created.
In our New Moon Yoga Practice, we work on our Base Chakra & acknowledge our Unconscious. We discover our personal inspiration & unlock our deepest creativity.
In these small group live classes we work with the energy of the participants present to create a space that is deeply inspiring & transformative. The aim is to unlock your creativity allowing you to manifest your full potential during the following Lunar Cycle.
