The Way of the Yogini: History, Practice, and Science
A 1-Day Online Intensive | Sunday, 6 September 2026
True power is not loud; it is internal. Between the 9th and 13th centuries, the Yoginis of India functioned as early scientists of human consciousness. They did not withdraw from the world. Instead, they used the physical body as a laboratory, cultivating immense mental and biological authority through absolute discipline.
Today, we map their ancient training through the lens of modern science.
The core pillar of this workshop is inner awareness. This is a pragmatic, stripped-down approach to mastering your internal states. We will cut through the noise, using direct physical experience to train the body and mind with the precision of a warrior.
Description
What We Will Cover
The Yogini Lineage: Explore the history of these female adepts, their open-air circular temples, and how they utilized the fierce mindset to break mental conditioning.
Interoceptive Yoga (IYogaa): A guided physical practice direct from IYogaa.org. We will focus on structural alignment, training you to sense your tissues, joints, and breath to map your nervous system.
Tantric Mechanisms: Learn specific, highly effective breathing protocols and physical locks (bandhas). You will learn how to shift your internal physiology and physically ground your center of authority deep within the pelvic vault.
Interoceptive Neuroscience: Translate mysticism into biology. Understand exactly how these ancient movements and breath patterns rewire the brain, optimize organ function, and build physical resilience.
Who Should Attend
This intensive is for those willing to do the work. It is designed for practitioners who value direct experience over theory and are ready to face reality with clarity and focus. Bring discipline.
