IYogaa Teacher Training: Foundation Course in Classical Hatha Yoga

mind. The IYogaa Foundation Course offers a clear, practical path into the core
of Classical Hatha Yoga. We build this practice on the central pillar of
biological harmony, aligning ancient physical disciplines with the living
science of the human form.

This training is led by Nitasha Buldeo—research scientist,
Dr of natural medicine, and yogi. Guided by a deep research focus in
interoceptive neuroscience, Nitasha created interoceptive yoga to bridge the
precise, measurable facts of science with the profound reality of internal
practice.

 This program is internationally accredited by Yoga Alliance
Professionals.

What You Will Study

This program cuts through the noise. It requires steady effort
and offers a direct, grounded study of essential yogic texts and techniques:      

  • Classical Hatha Yoga: The mechanics of physical postures, movement, and breath.
  • The Eight Limbs: A systematic, disciplined approach to internal focus and external action.
  •  Patanjali Yoga Sutras: The practical psychology and mapping of the human mind.
  • Bhagavad Gita: The philosophy of clear sight, right action, and inner duty.


Course Structure and Time Commitment

The foundation demands consistency. The program is split between
regular, live online study and an immersive, compulsory residential training to
solidify your knowledge.

Online Practice (UK Time)    

  • Weekly Sessions: Thursdays, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Monthly Intensive: One Sunday per month, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The India Residential

  • Location: Rishikesh, the home of yoga.
  • Duration: 14 Days.
  • Focus: A total immersion to strip away daily distractions, refine your physical practice, and experience the roots of yoga in its natural environment.
