Everest Base Camp Trek with Nitasha: December 1 – 17, 2026

Standing at the foot of the highest mountain on earth is a milestone of pure magnitude. Everest is a bucket list item for many, and for me, it’s about making this an experience of a lifetime. I have designed this bespoke 17-day trek to Everest Base Camp to be a life-affirming journey—a true experience of Inscension. We do not just walk to the edge of the world’s highest peak, we push even higher to Kala Patthar to witness an awe-inspiring sunrise over Everest.
To match the scale of this environment, we optimize your biology. Traveling with me as your leader— a Research Scientist & Yogi, and a UK Medical Doctor—means you have complete, on-the-ground medical support combined with advanced human performance tracking.
We approach this mountain with a warrior mindset – steady, pragmatic, and highly observant. Throughout the journey, we integrate daily yoga and specialized biohacking protocols to optimize your endurance and respiratory efficiency in the thin air.
Through IYogaa (Interoceptive Yoga), inner awareness becomes your anchor. You will learn to map your internal states, using breath mechanics and deliberate focus to master the altitude. This is where the magnitude of the mountain meets the mastery of your own body.
