The Geometry of Power: Yoga, Ayurveda, Mahavidya & Sound Healing Retreat

Rishikesh, India | 9–19 October 2026

In the foothills of the Himalayas, where the Ganges flows, we return to the center. This ten-day retreat, timed with the lunar cycle of Navaratri, is designed to strip away the noise and build profound inner awareness.

Join Dr. Nitasha Buldeo and the Nada Yoga School to bridge the gap between ancient yogic practice and modern science. We do not seek to escape the world, but to move through it with skill, resilience, and clarity.

The Experience

We will engage with the raw mechanics of the body and mind. By combining the precision of Mahavidya teachings with interoceptive neuroscience, you will gain practical tools to transform your internal state. Our practice is built on four pillars:

  • Interoceptive Yoga: Training the nervous system to connect deeply with the physical body and refine movement mechanics.
  • Ayurveda & Marmapuncture: Directing energy and healing through precise physical pathways to optimize cellular function.
  • Sound Healing: Utilizing specific Vedic frequencies and raga structures with the Nada Yoga School to recalibrate the nervous system and restore sharp focus.
  • Mahavidya (The 10 Wisdoms): Timeless, systematic practices to help you navigate the world with a steady, clear mind.

Who Should Attend

  • This intensive is suitable for everyone ready to do the work, regardless of your current level of yoga.
  • For Yoga Teachers: This retreat is particularly beneficial if you want to deepen your understanding of interoceptive neuroscience, the nervous system, and the physical mechanics of movement. You will leave with a highly practical foundation to elevate your own teaching.
